Hotel in Villa in the heart of Valpolicella

In the heart of Valpolicella, just a few kilometres from Lake Garda and the city of love,Verona, we offer a part of the wing of the 18th century Venetian villa "Rovereti Zurla".
The property has recently been renovated and converted to tourist accommodation use.
The intervention carried out by the owners was aimed at enhancing and restoring the identifying characteristics of the structure by using fine finishes and noble materials. Particular attention was also paid to comfort, in fact the property features highly efficient underfloor heating powered by a geothermal plant that draws on the subterranean thermal water aquifer.
The marvellous Villa is enhanced by a park with century-old tall trees and a majestic entrance that opens onto the main body, as well as a dedicated side entrance that guides guests along the driveway that ends with the dedicated car park.
The elegant property, located on the side of the main villa, develops over two floors. On the ground floor we find the reception area, the kitchens, a large hall dedicated to the restaurant, which overlooks both a private inner courtyard; as well as two three-room flats and a room designated as an events area;
On the first floor, on the other hand, we find seven bedrooms, served not only by an important marble staircase but also by a brand new lift.
The property is completed by a majestic hall created in the ancient cellars with an important barrel vaulted ceiling and six covered parking boxes.
