Pretty independent villa located in Menaggio, more precisely in the Loveno hamlet, in a panoramic position.
The Villa was built in 1996 and completely restored in 2006.
The most significant jobs to improve the quality of the property itself were the

The town of Menaggio is served by all kinds of shops, clubs and bars, restaurants, hotels, B & Bs as well as from the wharf actives all year for lake transport towards all the other towns of the Lake. Como is less than an hour's driving from Menaggio while the city of Lugano in Switzerland at about half an hour driving.
The various ski areas of the surrounding Alps, national and not and the Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia are easily accessible from Menaggio.
